Now that you’ve been accepted, complete the following steps to finalize your enrollment:
Step 1: Pay the $200 Deposit to Confirm Your Enrollment + On-Campus Housing
Refer to your acceptance letter for your enrollment confirmation deadline and pay your deposit by this date.
Pay Online: Sign-in or create a new account | Click on “Make a Payment” | Select “Admissions Tuition Deposit – Undergraduate: Bachelor’s” | Please refer to your acceptance letter for deposit amount to enter
Step 2: Submit the Undergraduate Enrollment Confirmation Form
After paying your tuition deposit, submit the Undergraduate Enrollment Confirmation Form
Step 3: Connect With Us
Read your monthly e-news from the Admissions Office to learn what is happening on campus. It’s also important to log into your Status Portal and check your updates frequently.

Step 4: Access the Enrollment Portal + Complete Action Items
Once your deposit is received and your confirmation form is processed you will receive an email instructing you to login to the Enrollment Portal. The portal will include information on how to:
- Activate your student ID
- Access your SUNY Poly e-mail
- Register for orientation
- Submit all official transcripts
- Submit residency application
- Take math placement test
- Confirm + pay your bill
- Submit required health documentation
- Notify us of your travel plans
