† Weekly Testers are those students and employees who have not submitted proof of vaccination.
* Students who are on campus and required to test weekly and unable to provide a sample on the collection day will need to arrange alternate testing and submit results to the Wellness Center at wellnesscenter@sunypoly.edu as the RNA Institute Lab will be closed. Employees who are on campus that week and who are required to test weekly and unable to provide a sample on the collection day will similarly need to arrange alternate testing and should submit it to HR at hr@sunypoly.edu.
** Any employee working the week between 12/27 and 12/31 who is required to test weekly will need to arrange alternate testing and submit results to HR at hr@sunypoly.edu as the RNA Institute Lab will be closed from Tuesday 12/21 until Monday 1/3. Any remaining students approved to be on campus must arrange alternate testing and submit results to wellnesscenter@sunypoly.edu.
