Abstract
Italy is an important case study for exploring how migration and nationality impact human rights protection – especially in response to increasing economic and forced migration, as well as statelessness. This lecture will consider the intersection of these challenges by focusing particular attention on state policies, local non-governmental organization (NGO) advocacy, and the work of Italian researchers.
