Community Standards

All students will be responsible for knowing and understanding their rights and responsibilities for both SUNY Poly and the University of Albany. In addition, all residential students will be responsible for understanding and upholding the University of Albany's housing policy and procedures.

In the event a student is documented and there is an alleged violation of either Student Code of Conduct, University at Albany staff will work with Megan Lennon at SUNY Poly to ensure a fair, impartial and consistent process. Students will sign an acknowledgement form of their understanding of the process and their responsibility to both Student Codes of Conduct by the end of the first week of classes.

SUNY Poly's Student Code of Conduct can be found here:

University of Albany Code of Conduct can be found here:

Any questions or concerns should be directed to Megan Lennon, Director of Community Standards and Leadership Development at or 315-792-7810.
