Student Center (for outdoor path) & Field House (for indoor path)
On Thursday April 25, SUNY Poly pledges to walk, run, and roll 1,000,000 yards in honor of Yeardley Love and others that have lost their lives to relationship violence. Yeardley Love was a University of Virginia student and athlete who was murdered by her ex-boyfriend in 2010, just a few weeks before graduation. Her family and friends believe that her death was avoidable had they been educated in the warning signs of relationship abuse. Founded in 2010 in Yeardley's honor, One Love works to ensure everyone understands the difference between a healthy and unhealthy relationship.
Stop by anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to help us reach our campus goal of 1,000,000 yards for Yeardley.
