2025 Student Recognition Gala

April 25, 5-8, Harts Hill Inn

Join us as we celebrate the accomplishments of SUNY Poly’s outstanding student leaders and exceptional students at the 2025 Student Recognition Banquet! The event will take place on Friday, April 25th from 5:00–8:00 PM at Harts Hill Inn in Whitesboro, NY.

Tickets are free for all SUNY Poly students, faculty, and staff courtesy of the Student Government at Utica and Student Affairs. Each ticket includes a complimentary dinner. Transportation will be provided to and from the event from the Student Center. To confirm your attendance, please pick up a ticket by April 17 from the Student Government at Utica office or the Center for Student Involvement.
