ATTENTION CSEA (Administrative Services Unit (ASU), Operational Services Unit (OSU), or PEF represented employees:

The maximum annual (vacation) leave accrual date is April 1. That means that annual (vacation) leave accruals for those employees may not exceed the maximum level of 40 days on this date; this is equated to 300 hours for a 37.50-hour workweek (Administrative Services Unit); 320 hours for a 40-hour workweek (Operational Services Unit); and pro-rated for part-time). 

So that you can best manage your time, please know that any accruals above the maximum accrual level will be forfeited on April 1, 2024. You have through March 31, 2024 to charge time in excess of 40 days.
