The Pre-Health Club, in association with CNY Brain and Spine, is proud to announce our upcoming Basket Raffle Fundraiser in support of Hydrocephalus Research!
Event Date: Saturday, December 6th
Time: 1pm-4pm
Location: Campus Center
Hydrocephalus is a chronic neurological condition caused by an abnormal buildup of cerebrospinal fluid in the brain. It affects people of all ages and currently has no known cure, only surgical treatments to manage its symptoms. Research is crucial to improving treatments, raising awareness, and ultimately finding a cure.
All proceeds from our fundraiser will go directly to REaCH (Research, Educate, and Cure Hydrocephalus), a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing research and discovering a nonsurgical solution for hydrocephalus.
We are accepting basket donations until December 1st, which can be dropped off at the SGU Suite on the second floor of the Student Center. Donations may include themed baskets, gift cards, or individual items to be combined into larger prizes. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference!
Leading up to the event we will also be hosting a basket raffle popup at the Student Center, December 3rd from 12pm-2pm where you can buy tickets and participate early for a chance to win exciting prizes!
