With immense gratitude for the search committee, we are thrilled to announce that Kaylynn Iglesias has joined our team as the Director of Graduate Admissions. Kaylynn brings a wealth of experience and a passion for higher education that will undoubtedly enhance our graduate programs and services.

Kaylynn comes to us with over 12 years of experience in enrollment management, most recently serving as the Director of Admissions at Herkimer College. During her tenure, she successfully led the Office of Admissions, developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans that significantly increased both domestic and international student enrollment. Her expertise in data-driven decision-making, relationship-building, and innovative marketing strategies will be invaluable as we continue to grow our graduate programs.

Kaylynn has also held key positions at SUNY Morrisville, Utica University, and SUNY Institute of Technology, where she honed her skills in overseeing admissions processes, managing enrollment marketing campaigns, and developing comprehensive strategic plans. Her dedication to fostering a diverse and inclusive academic environment aligns perfectly with our institution's values.
