Dr. Chiang is an associate professor in the department of Computer and Information Science at the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute. He joined SUNY Poly in Fall 2015. His research focuses on Quantum Computation, Quantum Information and Classical Algorithms. He received his Masters degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida. Upon graduation, he completed two years of postdoctoral training @ EPIQ group with Dr. David Poulin at Université de Sherbrooke in Quebec, Canada.
