Erica Schoff

Erica Schoff is the Senior Director of Workforce Development at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, where she is leading the development of the college’s newly established Office of Workforce Development to serve both traditional and non-traditional learners. With 20 years of experience spanning K–12 education, industry, and higher education, she has a proven record of designing programs that prepare students to be both college and career-ready. From founding a groundbreaking P-TECH STEM regional high school for underrepresented students at OHM BOCES, to building industry-aligned career pathways as Director of Career and Technical Education at Utica CSD, to strengthening national defense and STEM pipelines at the Griffiss Institute, Erica has consistently bridged education and workforce needs. At SUNY Poly, she is leading innovative strategies that connect learners of all ages to high-demand careers, ensuring they have the skills, credentials, and confidence to excel in a rapidly evolving economy.
