Michelle Miller is the Associate Director of Website Operations at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, where she leads website development initiatives and strategic digital communications.

With over a decade of experience in business and marketing across corporate, agency, and higher education sectors, she specializes in collaborating cross-functionally to enhance website strategy, content management, strategic initiatives, and brand development—ensuring all decisions are business- and data-driven.

A SUNY Oswego graduate with a BA in Public Relations, Michelle managed the development, design, and launch of PAR Technology’s new website in 2021, showcasing her expertise in digital transformation and project management.

She is currently leading the redevelopment of SUNY Poly’s website, focusing on improving navigation, accessibility, and user experience to better serve the campus community.
