Dr. Roger Green is a Visiting Professor in Nursing. Dr. Roger Green holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Roger Green has completed a post doctoral certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Brandman University in Irvine, CA. He holds a Master's Degree in Nursing/ Family Nurse Practitioner from The University of Tampa, FL and a BSN from Curry College in Milton, MA.

Dr. Green is a Fellow in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. He has worked at a national level to remove practice barriers for nurse practitioner. Dr. Green has recent clinical practice with the Navajo Indian Reservation in Northern Arizona. Dr. Green is the founding president of the Florida Nurse Practitioner Network. His research interests include practice barriers for Nurse Practitioners and integration of mental health services with primary care.
