Rosie Frost

Rosie Frost is a new Student Success Advisor at SUNY Polytechnic Institute with over five years of experience supporting students across various areas of higher education. Her background spans academic advising, financial aid, admissions, DEIJ (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice), and accessibility services—giving her a well-rounded understanding of the student journey.
Rosie is currently pursuing a Master’s in Educational Policy and Leadership at the University at Albany. She’s passionate about helping students navigate college life, overcome obstacles, and reach their full potential. With a student-centered approach, she focuses on connecting each student with the resources, support, and guidance they need to thrive—both inside and outside the classroom.
Beyond her work on campus, Rosie is actively involved in her local community. She serves on several committees and boards, including the Colorscape Chenango Board and the Chenango County Threat Assessment Committee, and contributes to the arts as an Assistant Director and Choreographer for the S-E Middle School Musical. Her community engagement reflects her belief in the power of education, creativity, and collaboration to create meaningful change.
