Air Products, a supplier for the semiconductor industry, is joining the SUNY Polytechnic Institute's chemical mechanical planarization center in Albany, New York.
The center is a joint project between SUNY Polytechnic Institute and Sematech.
Sematech is a consortium of computer chip makers and suppliers based in Albany that design and manufacture computer chips used in devices such as cell phones and calculators.
