Can't say Albany
The New York Times had some difficulty pinpointing the source of what it described as the world's most powerful computer chip.
In its story last Thursday on IBM's breakthrough chip that was made at SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Albany, the Times described the work as taking place in the Hudson Valley. SUNY Poly wasn't mentioned at all.
Perhaps the Times didn't realize that IBM does all of its chip manufacturing research at SUNY Poly.
