Basics of Supervision Certificate Program 2015 Flyer

The NYS & CSEA Partnership for Education and Training is pleased to announce a new online learning certificate program for CSEA-represented New York State employees.

The Basics of Supervision Certificate Program is a learning opportunity for employees who are looking to develop the fundamental skills necessary to become an effective supervisor and manage changing workplace relationships.

Employees can apply for this program between October 26, 2015 and October 25, 2016. In order to earn a certificate, participants must successfully complete all required courses between October 26, 2015 and October 26, 2016. Employees may take courses at work with supervisory approval or at home.
