The Inner Circle Corporate Membership is available to our employees and  includes a $10 savings off the $50 annual membership, a free second card for a household member and three free months.  The cost of the 15-month membership, for two-household cards, is $43.50 and this offer expires March 31, 2014.

To apply for membership (both new and renewing), you must complete the application and mail the application and payment (if paying by check) to our BJ’s representative (address is on the application).  Please DO NOT bring application/payment to club location, it must be mailed to Tina Van Buren.

New Members - Your Membership Activation letter will arrive 1 week after your payment is received by Tina.  Bring the Activation Letter and photo ID to the Member Services Desk at a Club near you to receive your Membership Card.

Renewing Members - When completing the application be sure to enter your Membership Number.  Once application and payment is received by Tina, your Membership Card will be extended with the new expiration date (including 3 month bonus).  You will not receive a new membership card.
