I want to share with you an article published in the The Business Review:
An Albany, New York startup focused on building better lithium-ion batteries will receive $250,000 from the Eastern New York Angels (ENYA).
Bess Technologies, co-founded by Fernando Gómez-Baquero, develops lithium-ion batteries with more energy storage capacity and faster charging rates for use in consumer electronics, electric vehicles and other applications. BessTech, was the first spinoff company from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. It is one of several energy storage startups in the area.
