In an effort to be as efficient in providing catering for your conferences, meetings, and special events, Sodexo mandates that catering requests be submitted to the office of Campus and Corporate Events in a typewritten format. There is often difficulty in reading hand-written forms and Sodexo does not want to inadvertently miss something. Hand-written forms will be sent back to the originator and this delay could affect the timeliness for your catered event. Catering requests must be received two weeks prior to the date of your event.
