By the first week in January 2016, the SUNY Poly campus will be rolling out a new catering process which utilizes CaterTrax software. This software will replace the standard catering request form. It is designed so that you can go in, search out menus, select your menus, and then a copy of the catering order would not only go to Sodexo, but also to the office of Campus and Corporate Events.

If you are a faculty / staff member who regularly submits catering requests OR a support staff who submits catering requests for your academic or administrative department, you should attend one of these training sessions. The training times are listed below:

Monday, December 14, 2015, 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM - KH B232

Tuesday, December 15, 2015 - 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM - KH B232

Stacey Thomas, Sodexo at Utica College, will conduct these training sessions. The KH B232 computer lab has a limited number of seats; therefore, you must register to attend. Please contact Connie Castellano, 7819 or castelc@sunypoly.edu no later than 12:00 PM, on Friday, December 11, 2015, to register for one of the training sessions.
