Information Technology Services (ITS) will be performing a restart of the CIFS service on the NetApp storage system. This restart will cause a brief interruption in any connections to this storage unit including home directory and departmental share connections. This will not affect any connections to smbserver. This restart will take place at 10 pm on Wednesday, November 6, 2013.
