Next Wednesday (October 11) ACR Health is holding their annual "Dining Out for Life" event and have asked us to send 4-6 students to Tom Cavallo's as ambassadors for ACR Health!

What you have to do is easy:

1. Start today….Let everyone know about this great event you are a part of, encourage them to invite their friends to make a reservation at your restaurant for dinner so they can enjoy good food, conversation and “Drink, Eat and Give Back”.

2. Hit social media! “Like” the event on Facebook Dining Out For Life- Mohawk Valley and share, share, share!

On event day…..

3. Once you arrive at your restaurant, ask for your Dining Out For Life kit. Place tabletops out on all tables, greet diners and let them know that today is Dining Out For Life Day and that this restaurant is donating a percentage of today’s sales to ACR Health with all proceeds staying in the Mohawk Valley to serve clients in this community in the fight against HIV/AIDS.

4. There will be a plaque in your Ambassador kit for you to present to your owner (or chef) please present it and take a photo with the owner, the plaque and yourself! These will be given to our PR/Media director for an event update in the next newsletter/website.

5. Hand out additional donation envelopes if they are not already on table and collect donations from diners.

As an added incentive the ambassador who collects the highest table average of donations will receive a Dining Out For Life basket including an overnight stay at Buttonwood Grove Winery!

If you would like to be one of our ambassadors, please email Gretchen Arnold at arnoldg@sunypoly.edu.
