Daily Gazette: M+W Group moves U.S. HQ to SUNY PI
ALBANY — M+W Group is expanding its U.S. headquarters at SUNY Polytechnic Institute’s campus in Albany, the company announced on Thursday .
M+W will be housed in 30,000 square feet of space at the college’s newly constructed Zero Energy Nanotechnology (ZEN) building. M+W plans to locate 160 new and existing employees there.
“M+W is a global leader in advanced tech engineering and construction and has been a tremendous partner to SUNY Poly,” said Alain Kaloyeros, president and CEO of SUNY Poly. “We are thrilled to take that partnership to a new level and welcome M+W’s U.S. headquarters to SUNY Poly.”
Gehrlicher Solar America Corporation, which was recently acquired by M+W, will also move into the ZEN building at SUNY Poly, formerly known as the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering.
