Discounted BJ’s Wholesale Membership Open Enrollment Period – April 1 to April 14
The SUNY Poly Alumni Association is pleased to provide alumni, faculty, staff, and students with the opportunity to take advantage of discounted BJ’s Wholesale Club memberships. This open enrollment period begins on Friday, April 1st and will close on Thursday, April 14th.
Please fill out the attached BJ’s membership application form and return it to the Alumni Association Office – along with your payment – by the close of business on Thursday, April 14th. No membership forms can be accepted after April 14th.
