Discounted BJ’s Wholesale Membership Open Enrollment Period – July 1 to July 14

The SUNY Poly Alumni Association is pleased to provide alumni, faculty, staff, and students with the opportunity to take advantage of discounted BJ’s Wholesale Club memberships. This open enrollment period begins on Friday, July 1st and will close on Thursday, July 14th.

Please fill out the attached BJ’s membership application form and return it to the Alumni Association Office – along with your payment – by the close of business on Thursday, July 14th. No membership forms can be accepted after July 14th.
