Dear Colleagues,

The Freshman Orientation team is seeking volunteers to drive shuttles to and from Union Station to pick up students & families commuting to campus/Orientation via train. We need volunteers to be at Union Station on the following dates and time blocks.

• July 12 (Arrival to Campus)

• • 4 – 5 PM
  • 5:30 – 6:30 PM
  • 8:30 – 9:30 PM
• July 14 (Departure from Campus)
  • 4 – 5 PM
  • 5:15 – 6:15 PM
  • 8:15 – 9:15 PM

• July 17 (Arrival to Campus)

• • 2:30 – 3:30 PM
  • 4 – 5 PM
  • 5:30 – 6:30 PM
  • 6:45 – 7:45 PM
  • 8:30 – 9:30 PM
• July 19 (Departure from Campus)
  • 4 – 5 PM
  • 5:15 – 6:15 PM
  • 8:15 – 9:15 PM

The estimated time commitment for each shift is 1 hour. You will not need to drive your own vehicle; instead, we will be using university-owned vehicles.
