NY1121920 GSE Mechanic position available for Premier Aviation in Rome, NY. Conduct equipment set up, troubleshooting, repairs & preventive maintenance service to company ground support equipment. Essential Duties/Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned: Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of automotive equipment and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of automotive equipment during vehicle service; Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of ground support equipment; Read and interpret equipment manuals & work orders to perform required maintenance & service; Comply with OSHA safety & health rules; and perform other duties as assigned or needed. Qualifications (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions): An associate's degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or 5 years automotive experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
