Campus Technology Services (CTS) at the State University of New York at Oswego is seeking a qualified individual to join the team of staff responsible for providing technology support to our campus. A Help Desk Support Specialist is primarily responsible for providing Tier I support to the campus community for a wide range of technical services and applications across multiple platforms.
