The IDEA Student Ratings of Instructions will be emailed by December 2 evening instead of November 26 as announced earlier. 

IDEA Student Rating of Instruction Surveys      The IDEA Student Ratings of Instruction are used to evaluate SUNYIT courses through a survey that focuses on what the instructor was trying to teach and what you learned. Your responses will be helpful to the instructor and SUNYIT!

If you are taking an online/hybrid course selected for the survey, you will receive email from IDEA_Survey@sunypoly.edu asking you to take the survey starting December 2 evening and ending on December 14 .  Reminder emails will be sent every two days until the survey is completed or the deadline passes. 

Survey responses are anonymous and go to the IDEA Center. Instructors receive the percentage of responses and rankings of questions.  Please fill out the survey—this is your opportunity to help your instructor and SUNYIT improve the quality of your education.
