The International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society (IMAPS) will hold a workshop and student poster competition on Advanced Semiconductor Packaging. The workshop will be at the SUNY Poly Utica site on Thursday, September 24 . Dr. Geer will be giving the keynote presentation starting at 9:30 am . Sessions will continue throughout the day.
