Last chance to waive the $624./semester medical insurance fee.  The waiver MUST be done by the close of business on Tuesday, September 3^rd , otherwise you will be enrolled and billed the non-refundable fee.

All undergraduate, graduate and online students taking 12 or more credits or nursing students taking 4 or more credits are required to have current medical insurance.  You are automatically enrolled AND billed for medical insurance designated by SUNYIT UNLESS you complete the electronic waiver your first semester and EACH fall semester thereafter.Completion of the waiver this semester remains effective for this entire college year (fall 2013 and spring 2014 semesters). 

This semester, the fee is $624. It is automatically included on your tuition bill unless you complete the online waiver at http://healthwaiver.sunyit.edu.

Check your tuition bill. If you are being billed, then you are automatically enrolled. If you have proof of other medical insurance coverage and want to decline the UnitedHealthcare policy, you must submit the online waiver by Tuesday, September 3^rd.  Failure to complete the waiver by this date will result in enrollment and you will be billed a $624 non-refundable medical insurance fee.

Remember, regardless of your medical insurance coverage, you can utilize services provided by the Health & Wellness Center/Counseling Center.
