WHO: Stefanie Heath-Higgins, Food Policy Coordinator—Upstate New York, Humane Society.

WHAT: Stefanie will be on campus to communicate the benefits of eating a plant-based diet.  She will elaborate on how partnerships like ours help to meet the ever-increasing demand for meat-free menu items, transforming dining operations to be healthier and more sustainable.
