As a courtesy to students, the deadline to waive the medical insurance fee has been extended through Wednesday, January 28 ^th .

All domestic undergraduate, graduate and online students taking 12 or more credits or nursing students are required to have current medical insurance.  You are automatically enrolled AND billed for medical insurance designated by SUNY Poly UNLESS you complete the electronic waiver.

The $417. non-refundable fee is automatically included on your tuition bill unless you complete the online waiver at http://healthwaiver.sunyit.edu by Wednesday, January 28th .

Returning Students:  If you completed the waiver in the fall 2014 semester, the waiver remains in effect for this entire college year (fall 2014 and spring 2015 semesters).

New Students: You must complete the waiver by Wednesday, January 28^th or you will automatically be enrolled AND billed $417. for the medical insurance for the spring 2015 semester.

Check your tuition bill. If you are being billed, then you are automatically enrolled.

Remember, regardless of your medical insurance coverage, you can utilize services provided by the Health & Wellness Center/Counseling Center.
