Mental Health 101: "What Everyone Should Know and Where to Find Help "

Center for Family Life and Recovery, Inc.'s Oneida County Suicide Prevention Coalition will host two free workshops (the same workshop will be held on two separate days) June 5th and June 12th at 6:00pm located at Kids Oneida Office at 310 Main Street in Utica.

The workshop will provide information and resource links to those at risk for mental health disorders and those struggling to understand and cope with mental health disorders which may not be their own. This event is a collaborative effeort between County and local leaders in safety, wellness, and suicide prevention.
