Please join me in congratulating members of the two SUNYIT student teams that will compete this week in the final round of the New York State Business Plan Competition at SUNY CNSE in Albany. Jeffrey Reed, Christopher Pabis, Kathaleene Riolo, Dario Cvijanovic, James Huchital, and Ray Mashewske were among the students taking part in the regional qualifying event held at SUNYIT on April 4.

This annual statewide competition is an important means of inspiring the entrepreneurial spirit and encouraging our students to be part of the revitalized regional economy, and we are pleased to have hosted the qualifying event for a second consecutive year.
