The cutover to the new voice mail system was successful. For those who did not pre-record prior to the cutover and for new staff, please follow these instructions:

• 
  
• Dial 7820. From off campus dial 315-792-7820
  
• At the sound of the greeting, press # to access messages or enter 1234 if asked for security code.
  
• Enter your extension number
  
• When prompted for a security code, use default 1234
  

Continue to follow the prompts to complete the setup.

To retrieve messages from the old voice mail system, dial 6088, press * and enter your extension number and password.
