25/25 GOAL -to increase the percentage of adults in Herkimer and Oneida counties who have bachelor's degrees to 25 percent by 2025.



LIVE STREAMING: SCHOOLS FOR TOMORROW CONFERENCE





WHAT: A live streaming of New York Times' Schools for Tomorrow Conference Virtual U: Coming of Age of Online Learning.  The third annual conference will explore concrete ways technology and public policy can advance global online education. Topics will include: the personalization of education delivery models, how government can fast-track a knowledge society and next-generation assessment techniques. 




WHEN:  8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17. (Attendees can choose to come and go for various sessions. See the conference agenda here . The breakfast and luncheon sessions will not be available via live stream.
