Wednesday, October 16 SUNYIT invites all employees to show our support of ending domestic violence by wearing purple, as part of New York State’s “Shine the Light on Domestic Violence” campaign.

How does domestic violence impact the NYS workforce?

  • Time and attendance
  • Performance and productivity
  • Security and liability
  • Increased employee turnover
  • Increased health care costs

The New York State Office for the Prevention of Domestic Violence (OPDV) and SUNYIT are committed to creating a safe work environment for all employees.
