ALBANY >> In order to provide high-tech educational and job training opportunities throughout New York, the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute’s Colleges of Nanoscale Science and Engineering (SUNY Poly CNSE) has begun the 12th SUNY Poly CNSE Summer Internship Program during an orientation session held June 1.

The 10-week program offers real-world experience, as students are able to use SUNY Poly CNSE’s $20 billion world-class facilities.

Interns taking part in the program will explore a specific area of in-depth study; however, they will also be immersed in a multidisciplinary approach, learning cutting-edge concepts in the areas of nanoscience, nanoengineering, nanobioscience and nanoeconomics that are enabling career opportunities in New York state’s rapidly expanding 21st century economy.
