The Orientation Team is excited to present the Opening Weekend 2016 schedule. Attached to this message, please find the internal schedule for the program. All sessions on Friday and Saturday are mandatory for all first year students. Sunday activities are not mandatory but strongly encouraged. Faculty and Staff are welcomed and invited to attend any sessions bold faced and italicized.

The sessions where faculty and staff participation is welcomed and encouraged are: - Candle Lighting Ceremony & Bonfire (Friday, August 26, 2016 | 8 PM | Candle Lighting - Oriskany Tri-Classroom, Bonfire - Field across from Mohawk Hall) - Wildcat Welcome (Sunday, August 28, 2016 | Noon - 4 PM | Campus Center Quad; Rain Location: Campus Center Gym) Our Wildcat Welcome features inflatables, frozen yogurt, caricatures, life-size lawn games, and more! - Utica-Themed Dinner (Sunday, August 28, 2016 | 5 PM | Campus Center Dining Hall) Cost of meals are covered for faculty and staff who attend.
