On Tuesday, July 14, and Wednesday, July 15, SUNY Poly - Utica will be hosting approximately 203 students and approximately 180 parents for our second orientation program.  We are excited to have your continued involvement in welcoming the Class of 2019 to campus and we know you will make them feel comfortable, just as you did in June!

Once again, we are requesting that offices that serve students extend their hours through 5 pm on Tuesday, July 14, and Wednesday, July 15. Some areas will be here through 6 pm on July 14 to accommodate our new students and parents (Bursar, Financial Aid, Registrar, Residence Life) should they have questions prior to dinner.  Thank you!

Additionally, on Thursday, July 16, we will be hosting just under 100 transfer students for Orientation - this is an evening program, beginning at 3:30 pm, and will require offices that serve students to extend their hours into the evening to accommodate our guests.  We anticipate the program to be completed by 7:30 pm, we will notify offices during the program, should this ending time change.
