Consiglio attended Rome Free Academy and then SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Marcy, from which she graduated in 2015 with a degree in psychology.
“I chose a term of national service because it is a great opportunity to travel while participating in something greater than myself,” Consiglio said. She is the daughter of Santina and Bucky Consiglio.
