Please mark your calendars! The Opening Reception for The Clothesline Project is October 24 from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. in the Gannett Gallery in Kunsela Hall.
The Clothesline Project is a program to address the issue of violence against women and is a vehicle for women affected by violence to express their emotions by decorating a shirt. They hang their shirt on a clothesline to be viewed by others as a testimony to the problem of violence against women.
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and The Clothesline Project will be on display in the gallery until November 5.
