Mark your calendars! SUNY Polytechnic Institute’s 2025 Commencement ceremonies will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at the Wildcat Field House. This is an exciting opportunity to celebrate the hard work and achievements of our graduating students.

Ceremony Schedule:

• 10 a.m. | College of Engineering
• 2 p.m. | College of Arts & Sciences, College of Business, and College of Health Sciences

Apply to Graduate
If you haven’t applied yet, be sure to submit your graduation application through the Registrar’s Office as soon as possible to ensure you’re reviewed for degree clearance.

Graduates RSVP to attend the May 2025 Commencement Ceremony
1.    RSVP now (College of Engineering Commencement) (10:00 am)
2.    RSVP now (College of Arts & Sciences, College of Business, and College of Health Sciences Commencement) (2 pm)
 

Student Regalia Orders – Deadline: March 12, 2025

• Order your cap, gown, and other regalia by March 12.
• Payment is not due until pickup at the Wildcat Den. You will be notified by email when your order is ready.
• Online-only students may have regalia shipped to their homes, with payment required at the time of order.
• No new orders can be placed after March 12, though some in-stock regalia may be available afterward.

Faculty & Staff Regalia:
To rent or purchase regalia, fill out the appropriate form (Bachelor's/Master's or Doctorate) and email it to wildcatden@sunypoly.edu by March 7, 2025.

Guest Tickets:

• Each graduate will receive five tickets for their scheduled commencement ceremony.
• Tickets will be available for pickup at the Wildcat Den when graduates collect their regalia.
• If you have fewer than five guests attending, you are welcome to share your extra tickets with fellow graduates for the same ceremony.
• Tickets for the 10 a.m. College of Engineering ceremony are not transferable to the 2 p.m. College of Arts & Sciences, College of Business, and College of Health Sciences ceremony, and vice versa.
• Faculty and staff, who are not processing or volunteering, and wish to attend a ceremony, should email sargend@sunypoly.edu to request a ticket. 

Livestream Viewing:
For additional guests without tickets, the Multi-Purpose Room in the Student Center will be available for livestream viewing of both the 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. ceremonies.
