The Mid-Career Incentive Award is a scholarship targeted to residents of the Rome City School District (based on their home address, which must be used on the application) which includes Rome and portions of the following townships: Annsville, Ana, Camden, Lee, Verona, Western, and Westmoreland. Students who graduated from the Rome Free Academy or Rome Catholic School who live in the Rome City School District are eligible, as are students who may have graduated from another high school in another city and since have moved to Rome and now reside in the Rome City School District. If you are uncertain if you live in the Rome City School District, check with the owner of the property to determine if property taxes are paid to the Rome City School District.

Additional scholarship criteria:

(1)  All applicants will be reviewed in light of the following criteria: academic performance, financial need, community service, motivation for pursuing chosen field of study/career, and additional criteria specific to this award.

(2)  Students must have a minimum of a 2.5 cumulative GPA.

(3)  Undergraduate students only.

A copy of your most current transcript must be submitted with the completed application. Unofficial transcript copies are acceptable.

Completed applications must be submitted to the Financial Aid Office on or before September 30th by 4pm (deadline has been extended from July) for consideration.
