The Office of the New York State Attorney General seeks an excellent writer and
editor to work in the Executive Division of the office in New York City. The
candidate would be responsible for drafting event, meeting, and other briefing
documents for the Attorney General, as well as reviewing, editing, and providing
feedback on documents drafted by other staff for the Attorney General.
The ideal candidate would have a strong writing background and either a
bachelor’s degree plus significant post-college work experience or a post-graduate
degree, such as a J.D. or a M.PA. Any candidates who are seriously considered
will be required to complete writing and editing assignments as part of the
interview process.
