EFFECTIVE NOW! 

Dear SUNY Poly NYS employees,

SUNY Poly HR and The Office of the New York State Comptroller have implemented a new service called   NYS Payroll Online !  This is a great new function which will further streamline processes and make it easier for employees to make changes to their payroll without having to complete paper forms.  This is an efficiency and benefit for all NYS SUNY Poly employees.

This new service allows you to:

Opt out of receiving paper pay statements/direct deposit advices GO GREEN

• View and print your pay statement
• Change your tax withholdings
• View and print current and prior year W-2s
• Update your email address

In order to access this new system you will need to first access to the SUNY HR portal at the following link: :  www.suny.edu/hrportal .  This is the same website that you would use to access Self- Service and where many of you already fill out your on-line timesheets.  To access NYS Payroll Online, you will go through a verification process that will require you to have your NYS ID. You can find this on your paystub (it starts with N).
