Did you know suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death among college students? The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is the leading national not-for-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and preventing suicide through research, education, and advocacy. The AFSP will host its annual Out of the Darkness Walk at SUNYIT on Saturday, September 7th at 12noon.Support of the walk helps to raise money for suicide awareness.
