Dear Supervisors,

If there is a change to an employee’s immediate supervisor/change in reporting structure, please notify SUNY Poly Human Resources staff Kristen Connors ( KConnors@sunycnse.com ) or Audra Cornelius ( Audra.cornelius@sunypoly.edu ) prior to the effective date.  In turn, SUNY Poly HR staff will work with the supervisor and employee on completing personnel paperwork to effect the change.   Please let Audra or Kristen know if any questions.
